Sesh VS, CEO
It all started at the age of 8. I started my journey in "Public Speaking". Soon "Public Speaking", "Presentations", and "Seminars" became my passion. I started teaching and helping in the early days.
In Grade 10,
⭐ I won the "Best Student Award."
⭐ Represented school in "State Level Science Exhibition".
⭐ Won several awards and my love for coaching and teaching increased exponentially.
In University
🤖 I completed my First Robotic project named "VALCOBOT"
🥇 Was awarded "Gold Medal" from EX-PM of India.
In 2005 started my career at "Motorola". I worked for several organisations including "Cisco", "Sonus Networks" etc. In 2014 we moved to Melbourne, Australia and worked with organisations like "IRESS", "And JT-Group". I became a "Technology Enthusiast".
However I had a calling in 2016 and was not happy - I call it a "Search for real WHY, the real purpose of life"
With help of friends, I started my first company "Off on labs India Private Limited" in 2016. I moved from Offonlabs to start my first company in Australia. Thus the birth of "Riga Business Coaching".

I have defined organisation-wide processes and systems resulting in increased productivity, profits, customer satisfaction and reduced defects. As an internal auditor, I have defined processes to comply for ISO 9001/2000 and CMMI models.
